Well we are back from our trip and I just wanted to leave a quick note to let you know almost everything went very well and we had an excellent experience! Thank you so much for your help in assembling this trip. Once I was on it, it became clear it would not have been nearly as successful without the benefit of your knowledge and planning skill.

The guides were especially helpful. I had no idea they would not just be giving us rides, but also taking us through the entire process– this was very important, so please share my thanks with each of them. The hotels and their staff were also first-rate.

We’re at the airport now. We want to thank you for arranging a really fantastic trip. Today worked out great, the cable car ride was spectacular and the restaurant Lavid was a real highlight. Stalin did a good job.

Thank you so much for all of your help truely. If I ever go back to the Galapagos (young so it is a definite possibility), you would be who I reach out to personally! Honestly, ten out of ten. Probably the best customer service I have dealt with in travel! Truely outstanding. The prompt replies, working with my many questions (I admit I am a lot of work haha). You had our itinerary perfect, everything connecting us to the boat was seamless. Your agent at the Guayaquil airport was phenominal too.

Galápagos Islands would be the ONLY agency I recommend people use and my review of your agency will reflect that.

Just felt like giving you a short feedback about our cruise!

Yes you were right we had a wonderful time!!

Our expectations were exceeded, the boat, the weather, all the animals, not to forget the wonderful food onboard and all the people who made this trip so amazing.

Especially to mention: Cruise Director Miscell, tour guide Carlos, dinghy captain Angel and our enchanting cook, also we were really spoiled with the other lovely 12 guys of our group!

Hello Veronica,

From the moment we were picked up from Quito to return to Galapagos airport it was beyond our expectations . Carlos our guide was amazing his knowledge beyond doubt so very friendly and answered all questions and looked after us so well and gave us an invaluable introduction to the various Islands we visited. The Alia was excellent our small group were so well suited we all got along and became good friends experiencing the islands and activities together. The crew were excellent and attended to everybody's needs and requests and the food delicious . I would certainly recommend to friends and colleagues.

Dear Veronica,

Thank you for your mail which served as a reminder for me to send you a big THANK YOU for organizing such a wonderful trip for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it and were most pleasantly impressed by the quality of all accommodation, guiding and service!

Please also say thank you to Toni for him meeting us at the airport and guiding us through the formalities.

The Napo Wildlife Centre was a very special experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our guide david was so knowledgable and together with Eduardo, the naturalist went to great lengths to spot the often very elusive bird and wildlife.

For me the most memorable experience though was the trip to the Galapagos Islands. The Alia catamaran is pure luxury with fantastic food and a very attentive crew. Maria Ramos was our naturalist guide and she is just outstanding in her knowledge and enthusiasm for this very special nature. She organized activities every day which included up to two land excursions and at least one or even two snorkeling trips.

That really kept us busy and helped to assure that not all the good food was adding to our waist lines!

All guests got along well with each other and we are likely to stay in touch with a couple of them. The cook even produced a cake for my birthday and I couldn't have wished for a more perfect birthday!
